It's easy to say "that won't happen to us". It's easy to think it would be easy to get out of a unexpected disaster with your pets.
Unfortunately, the majority are not prepared for themselves to survive and panic takes over. Grab the kids, grab the purse/wallet/keys, grab this, grab that and when it is all said and done, the pets are most times left behind to fend for themselves. Sad truth, but true.
It does NOT have to be that way.
I will help you not only plan, but prepare for your fur babies to be with you and not be a burden during your evacuation or shelter in place.
HOW
By knowing your pets needs on a daily basis, we can create the perfect survival backpack that will ensure your pet has the same opportunity of survival that you have.
Food, water and shelter are the primary needs of humans during an emergency.
The same applies to your pets.
It is recommended that pets have 72 hours worth of basic need supplies.
During that 72 hours most humans have gotten to safety or at least a place to replenish.
Here, we will do the same for your loved pets and they will have an opportunity to stay with the ones THEY LOVE.
RESULT
Aside from the obvious benefit of being able to take your pets wth you (without wondering how you will be able to care for them) there is always that possibility of being separated during a disaster.
Should this happen, you can be a little more at peace knowing they have survival gear and food. Too many times the pets are not rescued by passer byers. The idea of trying to remove themselves from danger is more important. However, If someone sees your pet with a BUG OUT BAG of their own, they will be more likely to take ahold of that pet and get them to safety. WHY? Because they have what they NEED TO SURVIVE!!
